How does the process work?

  • Connect with us and we will work with you to select the dishes and details that will make the table settings for your event truly special.

  • When you are ready to place an order, send us an email or include your request in our contact form and we will send you a proposal that outlines all of the items you selected.

  • Once you sign a rental agreement and pay a non-refundable 50% retainer, your table settings will be reserved just for you. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.

Do you offer delivery?

  • We offer delivery within the Portland metro area. Delivery fees are based on order size and delivery location.

Can I pick up my order?

  • Yes, you may pick up and return your order by appointment for no additional fee.

Is there a minimum order amount?

  • There is a minimum order of $200.

Can you help me design my tablescape?

  • Yes, we love to help style your tables! We can make recommendations based on your goals and vision. Better yet, you can visit us in our warehouse where you can see our entire collection and we can work together to find the pieces that create just the right look for your event.

What is the rental period?

  • The standard rental period is 48 hours. If you need more time, additional days are charged at 50% of the initial rental fee per day.

When should I reserve my rentals?

  • In order to guarantee the tableware you want will be available, sooner is better!

Will you actually set the table at our event?

  • We are thrilled to set the tables at your event for an additional setting fee, please inquire for details.

What happens if something accidentally gets broken or goes missing?

  • If something is damaged or missing, we charge a standard replacement fee of five times the rental fee. Please return any broken or damaged pieces to us.

What geographical area do you serve?

  • We serve the Portland, Oregon metro area.

Who does the dishes?

  • We ensure that your items are cleaned and sanitized prior to your event.

  • When your event is over, we ask that glasses be emptied and plates, flatware, and dessertware be scraped and rinsed of food prior to packing in our crates and totes ~ we do all of the washing up!

What if there is something I want that I don’t see on your website, can you help?

  • Just ask! Not all of our items are showcased on our website so we may already have just what you are looking for.

  • Shopping for tableware is our specialty. We are happy to source items to help make your event unique.
